We at VBL Innovations Pvt Limited, manufacture premium quality leather and allied materials watch straps in India. Our products have gained a massive reputation and respect in the Indian and International market due to our ultra-modern and contemporary initiatives. We are proud to be reliable and innovative partners to our customers while maintaining high-quality standards.
Our Experience
Our first factory was set up in 1995-96 and is equipped with some of the best machines from Switzerland and Italy. The company employs around 400 people and is strictly against child labour. Over the years we have built a strong and ingenious foundation for the workforce that handcrafts high-quality leather watch straps.

We have the skill set to match the most challenging demands at any time because of our unique combination of technical knowledge and expertise. Our developmental processes are highly flexible and have the ability to cater to even the minutest of specifications from our clients.
Our Quality
Our quality checks are unyielding and are placed at every stage of the manufacturing process. The quality process begins with the inspection of materials, strong process controls and further rigid checks during various stages of manufacturing. We deploy 100% inspection in the final stages of production to ensure that the highest quality of standards are met.

We have a team of production engineers, designers, qualified leather technicians and a client service team to facilitate the complete manufacturing process. Our team is well-trained and focuses on making products that meet customer requirements with the changing trends.
Our Future
The New Product Development (NPD) team is up-to-date with global trends in design and production. VBL incorporates state-of-the-art technology in creating straps which is a crucial part of a watch's aesthetic.
Our Standards
Leathers and materials are sourced from tanneries and manufacturers in India and Europe. We take utmost care to ensure that the tanneries adhere to the International Standards of tanning and comply to REACH & RoHs standards.

Harsh V. Bhuwalka
Founder and Managing Director
Mr. Harsh Vardhan started his career journey as an entrepreneur in the packaging industry and then further ventured into the watch strap industry. He has an accumulated professional experience of around 40 years.
Kumaresh Bhuwalka
Director Sales and Marketing
An alumnus of The University of Manchester with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering & The University of Warwick with an MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He is the director at SAPID Designs Pvt. Ltd and a second-generation entrepreneur with 7 years of experience in the watch strap industry.
